These measures ensure fairness, accountability, and the responsible use of sponsorship resources. Participation in KOLO Girlz is a privilege that requires consistent cooperation, honesty, and commitment from both students and guardians.

2. Grounds for Suspension

Suspension is a temporary pause in sponsorship benefits. A student may be suspended for any of the following reasons:

• Chronic absenteeism without valid explanation.
• Declining academic performance over multiple terms.
• Minor misconduct at school or in the community.
• Guardian failure to respond to KOLO Girlz communication.
• Failure to submit required documents (report cards, attendance records, etc.).
• Temporary household instability requiring review.

Suspended students may regain full sponsorship after meeting corrective requirements.

3. Grounds for Removal

Removal is permanent and results in complete termination of sponsorship benefits. A student may be removed from KOLO Girlz for any of the following:

• Fraud or misrepresentation during application or participation.
• Serious misconduct including violence, bullying, or criminal behavior.
• Repeated absenteeism despite warnings and corrective steps.
• Guardian refusal to cooperate with verification or communication.
• Misuse of sponsorship benefits for non‑educational purposes.

• Endangerment of KOLO Girlz staff, ambassadors, or partners.

Removal decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Suspension Process

When a student is suspended, KOLO Girlz will:

5. Removal Process
