KOLO Girlz Official Policy Document
Effective Date: September 04, 2026
The KOLO Girlz Application Approval Policy outlines the official process used to evaluate, verify, and approve applications submitted by students and guardians. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability while protecting the program from fraud and misuse. Approval is based on academic merit, financial need, vulnerability, and guardian cooperation.
Every application submitted to KOLO Girlz goes through a structured, multi‑stage review process. Approval is not automatic and depends on the successful completion of each stage.

Applications may be automatically rejected for any of the following reasons:
Fraudulent applications may result in permanent disqualification.
Applicants will be notified of approval or rejection through the contact information provided in the application. KOLO Girlz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or unreachable contact details.
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance. KOLO Girlz receives many applications and must allocate resources responsibly to ensure sustainability.
Applicants who are rejected may re‑apply during the next application cycle if their circumstances change or if they can provide additional supporting documents.
KOLO Girlz may update this policy at any time to reflect program capacity, community needs, or operational improvements. Updated versions will be published on this page.
