1. Purpose of This Policy

KOLO Girlz is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and trustworthy academic sponsorship program. Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation undermines the integrity of the program and harms students who genuinely need support. This policy outlines behaviors considered fraudulent and the consequences for individuals who attempt to misuse the KOLO Girlz platform.

2. Definition of Fraud & Misrepresentation

Fraud and misrepresentation include any intentional act of providing false, misleading, or incomplete information for the purpose of gaining benefits from KOLO Girlz. This applies to students, guardians, schools, or any third party involved in the application process.

Any individual found to have committed fraud or misrepresentation will face strict consequences, including:

Fraud harms the credibility of KOLO Girlz and reduces opportunities for honest students. Therefore, consequences are enforced strictly and without exception.

6. Guardian Accountability

Guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. Guardians who knowingly participate in fraud will be permanently barred from KOLO Girlz programs. Full guardian responsibilities are outlined in the Guardian Responsibilities Agreement.

7. School Accountability

KOLO Girlz works closely with schools to verify academic and attendance records. Schools found to be complicit in fraud may lose partnership privileges and be reported to the Ministry of Education.

8. Reporting Fraud

KOLO Girlz encourages students, guardians, teachers, and community members to report suspected fraud. Reports may be submitted confidentially through KOLO Girlz county ambassadors or via email at: info@kolo-girlz.org.
